Let me introduce myself, my name is Mitchell Levine and I'm the owner and operator of Jag Repairs. As a certified mechanic with the Jaguar Master Program. I have more than fourty-two years experience working on Jaguars. I started with Jaguar working for the largest dealer in New York, Hempstead Auto Co. Moving to Florida I joined Palm Beach Motor Cars in West Palm. I have spent the last 32 years as the owner / operator of Jag Repairs. In 2021 with covid still on the rise, I lost all my workers, for free money from the Government. At that point I decided to sell my 5000 square foot building and down size to a smaller building. We are now by appointment only. For the last 18 months With a helper I operate out of a 2500 square foot building with A/C. I call it Jag Repairs 2.0. I do my best to take care of all my old customers along with some new ones.
Why the local repair shops can"t fix Jaguars
All Jaguars are difficult to repair, the 2004 and newer are worse. Any shop that tells you they can service or repair your 2004—newer Jaguar, is wrong. Besides an oil change, without factory software called SDD or the new update Pathfinder, made for Jaguar & Range Rover only. There is nothing they can do. Don’t be fooled, the software was made to keep these cars at the Dealer. You need to purchase this equipment along with the software from a company called Topix. Even rear brakes can't be done without the software. Damage to the parking brake system if the brakes are changed without the software. The hardware cost $4500 and the software is $6000 per year. No foreign car repair shops will buy this equipment to repair two models. Along with $100,000.00 in tools needed to repair these cars. Jag Repairs has been servicing the Jaguar comunity now for 33 years.

Jag Repairs is a full service shop. We service and repair all years and models of Jaguar, for the last 33 years.
For the last thirty-three years Jag Repairs has repaired nothing but Jaguars. Many times we have been asked to repair other models. We explain to our customers that while we have the knowledge, without the proper tools and equipment we become parts changers. At the end of the day we have wasted our time and your money. We stick to what we know best repairing Jaguars.
